Membership Terms

1. Overview

These Membership Terms apply only to LIC cardholders. They complement our full Terms of Service and focus on membership-specific rules and expectations.

2. Membership Types & Pricing

  • White Card (Free): Basic access to listed discounts and promotions.
  • Blue Card: Pay once per year (e.g., $25/year) for full consumer benefits, VIP deals, and upgrades.
  • Black Card – Business Tiers: Annual paid tiers—Silver Lite, Silver, Gold, Platinum—grant access to business tools, regional visibility, and platform features.

3. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation

  • Blue & Black Cards auto-renew annually unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Payments are final: No refunds issued after activation.
  • Downgrade policy: To downgrade, submit notice before your renewal date.

4. User Conduct & Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and provide accurate personal or business information.
  • Business users must have authority to act for their business.
  • Violations or misuse may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.

5. Termination & Suspension

  • LIC may suspend or terminate membership for non-payment or rule violations.
  • No refunds after termination.
  • Your membership benefits end immediately upon termination.

6. Member Rights

  • You may request your data at any time or ask for account deletion.
  • Upgrades (e.g., Blue → Black) are allowed anytime, with proration based on remaining time.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

  • Your membership grants you a limited license to use LIC content and portal features.
  • All portal-generated or business-submitted content remains owned by LIC but is displayed under license for platform purposes.

8. Modifications to These Terms

  • LIC may update these terms, especially for pricing or platform enhancements.
  • Changes will be communicated in advance and continued use confirms your acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by [Jurisdiction] law.
  • Disputes should be submitted via email; unresolved matters may escalate to arbitration or court in [same jurisdiction].
